Drake was so incredibly helpful and had my tire replaced within an hour, after it had unexpectedly gone flat. He informed of a minor issue that my vehicle was having, and provided me information with next steps to remedy that issue. All in all, 10/10 experience and my new tires look and feel great!

I called the local number provided by Google and followed the prompt selections to speak to someone about pricing 4 tires for my 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage. Unfortunately, I must have been routed to a call center. The phone agent immediately suggested an appointment, I stated I was beginning the process of pricing tires and wanted to know price and availability prior to booking an appointment. She advised that a manager on site would be best able to speak to price but assured they carry all major brands and again asked if I would like an appointment. I stated I had called the line with the intention of getting cost and availability prior to an appointment and asked to be transferred to the local store for the appropriate assistance. The entire call I got the impression that I was troubling her and if I was not scheduling an appointment she wasn’t interested in helping. I do not feel like I followed the inappropriate prompts, but it’s already a negative enough experience for me to seek a different vendor and leave a negative review without actually being able to be assisted by the local store.

April 6th came in for new tires, was told I needed alignment too because my rear tires were cupping on my 21 Honda Accord. By June my brand new tires on the rear look just like the old ones. There is an obvious negative camber. Little research shows that it’s a known issue with accords 2018-2023. The car needs aftermarket adjustable camber arms in order to fix it. However I was given the car back believing that my wheels were in alignment and had no warning that you were unable to fix the camber. The negative camber is easily visible to the naked eye. There is no chance someone performing an alignment could miss it. But, they sent me on my way with brand new tires and no warning, no mention of the issue in an alignment report, which resulted in my brand new tires being trash within two months. I replaced the camber arms with adjustable arms and new shocks. I put new tires on it. Now it needs alignment done properly. I took it in to see if they would do the alignment right & they wanted me to pay again. Why would I pay again when it wasn’t done right the first time?

Called a made an appointment to patch my tire. Went at scheduled time (6pm) and was informed that they were very behind and likely would not get to my car until 6:45-7pm and then in that case would not do my car as they would be closed. I asked why then if I called less than a half hour before hand and got the appointment did they let me schedule it if they were that behind. Who ever was running the desk let me know that they are not allowed to say no to scheduling the appointments regardless of how behind they are. I called 4 big tire and they got me in and out in 15 minutes. I am thankful I didn’t waste my time in this establishment.

Price was higher than everywhere else but said they could get it done that day. Waited 2.5 hours to have 4 tires installed. They were having issues getting a lugnut off and I told them if they couldn't get it off to just pull it out and Ill do it another time. An hour later one of the techs came to the front and ask what I was waiting on, they had already pulled it out but never told me or gave me the keys back. They damaged my rim and I was told sorry by the tech that was still there who was obviously uninolved with my vehicle as he was still going to charge me until i showed him the rim and that no tires were changes. Poor communication, long wait time, No offer for discount or damage to the rim. I'd give 0 stars if i could.
